Andrew John Norman was born the fifth day of May 1973 in Towson Maryland.
Graduated from the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, Annandale Virginia in June of 1991.
Received a Bachelor of Science in physics and mathematics with high departmental honors, from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, May of 1995.
Received a Master of Science degree in physics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, May of 1998.
