W\&M HEG worked on extracting B(\KtoMuMuEE) from E871.

Measurement was made along side measurements of B(\KtoMuMu) and B(\KtoEE) in order to extract information on the \Kgamstargamstar vertex with similar systematics to the dileptonic decays.

The combination of B(\KtoMuMuEE), B(\KtoMuMu) and the unitary bound give information on the CKM elements relating \textit{top} and \textit{charm} quarks.

\KtoMuMuEE decay spectrum is dependent on the type of form factor used to compute the decay. In principle it is possible to distinguish between a VDM, $\chi$PT, or CP violating form factor.

\slideheading{Introduction (cont.)}

Prior to the start of this analysis there was one event reported with a branching fraction of $2.9^{+6.7}_{-2.4}\times 10^{-9}$ by the KTeV experiment E799 \cite{phy:gu}.

\begin{itemize}
\item This result spanned almost a full order of magnitude in it's uncertainty.
\item No differentiation between form factor models.
\item Extraction of $K_{\gamma^{\ast} \gamma^{\ast}}$ vertex and $\mathcal{A}_{LD}$ suffer large uncertainties.
\end{itemize}

During the analysis, 43 additional events were reported by the KTeV collaboration\cite{phys:ktev_ktomumuee}, with branching ratio of $2.62\times 10^{-9}$.

\begin{itemize}
\item Still not enough data to differentiate between models.
\end{itemize}
